Data collected and its use:
At phase(two)learning, our primary goal is to provide helpful, relevant content, tips and strategies for professionals in workplace learning/training, talent development, talent management, workforce development and human resources roles supporting a variety of industries. To share that information, we collect the following data from those who choose to subscribe:
- Valid email address
- First and last name
- Geographic information, such as city/state/country (occasionally)
This information is collected with the purpose of sharing updated blog content and periodic updates about the phase(two)learning talent development consulting practice, speaking opportunities, workshops and other resources. Information is collected upon website opt-in or upon request at a conference session, where the attendee specifically requests to receive follow-up resources and information from phase(two)learning.
Data is collected and administered using the following tools:

- MailChimp
- Face-to-Face at events
We will never share a subscriber’s information with others, unless we are legally obligated to do so.
